Almost all our books and videos are now available online in electronic form which you can access immediately (books, videos)

To place an order

1. You can either print out the order page from the newsletter insert  pdf [2.2Mb] and mail it or fax it to us or

2. You can email us a llist of the items you want including your shipping and email address

To pay for your order you may

1. Send us a check (if mailing in the order form) or

2. Provide your email address and will we will email you an invoice for the total that you can pay via credit card or paypal.  (we can not accept credit cards via the phone)

Shipping within the US is $5.00 for the first book or CD/DVD,

Insurance is mandatory on all orders. $1.75 for orders up to $50,
$2.75 up to $200, call for insurance on orders more than $200
